Get to Know Mari Windsor
Los Angeles-based fitness expert Mari Winsor is the most celebrated name in Pilates. A former professional dancer, certified by Romana Kryzanowska, Mari has co-authored three fitness books: The Pilates Powerhouse, The Pilates Pregnancy and The Pilates Workout Journal. She has been featured on Oprah and in Allure, Fitness, Glamour, InStyle, More and Shape magazines.
